Shipping Policy

Delivery is free and covers the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from stock held in the UK and arrive within 3–8 working days in total.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom — and nowhere else. No international shipping, no exceptions for now: our stock, carrier arrangements and consumer-law setup are built for the UK market. Because your parcel ships domestically from UK stock, there are no customs charges or import fees to worry about.

Timings, step by step

Dispatch: within 1–2 working days of your order, from stock held in the UK.
Transit: 2–6 working days with the carrier.
Total: 3–8 working days from order to doorstep.

These are estimates rather than guarantees — remote addresses can add a day or two. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if your order has not been delivered within 30 days you may cancel it for a full refund.

Cost

Free. Delivery is included in the product price — there is no shipping charge added at checkout, and no minimum order to qualify.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, typically within a day or two of your Stripe order confirmation. If the estimated window has passed and nothing has arrived, email contact@dog-ball-launcher.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Damaged in transit?

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it if you can, then email us. Transit damage is our problem to fix, not yours — see our Refund & Returns Policy for how faulty or damaged items are handled.
