What to include

If your message concerns an order, include your order number (it's on your Stripe receipt email) and a short description of the issue — a photo or a quick video helps enormously for anything mechanical. For "will it suit my dog?" questions, tell us the breed, rough weight and where you'd use it, and we'll answer straight — including when the honest answer is "not this one".

Returns: email first, always

Please do not post anything back without emailing us first. We confirm the return and send you the correct return address by email — parcels sent unannounced to the seller address below cannot be processed as returns. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

We're not vets or behaviourists: for anything medical, your veterinary practice knows your dog far better than a shop does.
