We respect your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Dog Ball Launcher is published by Loïc Chiappini. Contact: contact@dog-ball-launcher.co.uk.
For the purposes of UK GDPR, the publisher is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What data we collect, and when
1. Waitlist signup (email form)
When you enter your email on our “Coming soon” form, we collect:
- Your email address (required)
- The timestamp of your signup
- The IP address of the request (kept by our form processor for spam protection only)
2. Contact form / direct emails
When you email us at contact@dog-ball-launcher.co.uk, we receive:
- Your email address and any content you choose to send
- Standard email metadata (timestamp, mail server headers)

If you click “Accept all” on our cookie banner, we set a Google Analytics 4 cookie that collects:
- Pages you view
- Approximate location (city/region, never your precise IP — anonymised by default)
- Device type, browser, screen resolution
- Referring source (which Google search, link, or social media brought you here)
If you click “Reject all”, no analytics cookie is set. Tracking is off by default until you give consent (Google Consent Mode v2).
We don’t use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers beyond Google Analytics.
